You are cordially invited to attend a seminar offered by ABS, where information related with building new ships in China but also trading in Chinese waters will be presented.
The structure and capabilities of the ABS Greater China Division office will be introduced, including Engineering, Operational/Environmental Department, Offshore and Division Survey teams. In addition, information about Chinese shipyards, a list of standard ship designs, and finally the innovative designs currently under review and construction in China with ABS will also be presented.
Owners’ views and experience when building new ships in Chinese shipyards, will also be included. Finally, Port State Control issues (inspections, detentions, etc.), as well as safety issues will be covered.
This seminar should be of interest to shipowners, operators, ship management companies, who wish to be informed on these issues. Seminar attendance is free.
